About the Role
You'll take ownership of recruitment processes and support a variety of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. From attracting and onboarding new team members to providing first-line HR support, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the employee experience.
Working closely with managers across the business, you'll be a proactive ambassador for the employer brand - promoting the organisation as a fantastic place to work, both locally and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with departmental managers
* Create engaging job descriptions and compelling adverts across various platforms
* Maintain and optimise content on careers pages and social media channels
* Administer and track candidate applications using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Coordinate advertising strategies, both internally and externally
* Explore new recruitment platforms and maintain agency relationships
* Build and manage a candidate database; create and send regular vacancy alerts
* Represent the company at job fairs, exhibitions and industry events
* Produce offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
* Act as a point of contact for candidate and employee HR queries
* Provide guidance to managers on low-level employee relations matters
* Support all aspects of HR administration and reporting
* Maintain and troubleshoot the HR Information System (HRIS)
* Contribute to the ongoing development of HR policies, processes and projects
About You
* You'll have proven experience in recruitment - ideally in hospitality or a customer-focused sector - and a genuine interest in people.
* You'll also need to be: Tenacious, proactive and organised
* Creative, with strong written communication skills
* Comfortable using HRIS and digital tools
* Confident navigating social media for recruitment purposes
* Detail-oriented with excellent administrative accuracy
* Personable, approachable and professional in all interactions
* A CIPD qualification would be a bonus, but we also welcome applicants looking to further develop their HR skills in a supportive environment. We're committed to continuous professional development and will support the right candidate in growing their HR career.
Hours
32 hours per week (Monday to Friday), worked over 4 or 5 days. Core hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm.
