Your new roleYou will be responsible for the employee lifecycle and enjoy a focus on planning, directing and coordinating HR management activities alongside maintaining processes across recruitment, onboarding training & development, personnel policies and regulatory compliance.Key tasks involve
1. Be an expert in providing guidance, mentoring and support on the full range of HR activities (including labour law, policies, procedures, terms and conditions of employment, performance management, coaching, career development);
2. Leadership in company-wide organisation development process such as employment, recruitment, training, succession planning, workforce development, organisation design, and change management.
3. Manage complex employee relations
4. Create, review and update company policies, procedures and benefits packages in line with local legislation;
5. Take care about the communication within the location, and also promote company news amongst employees;
6. Re-design and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives to improve the health & safety of the workforce.
