Atomic Digital Marketing is now seeking an experienced Elementor-focused WordPress Developer to join our vibrant and driven remote team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain high-quality WordPress websites for our clients, ensuring excellent functionality, performance, and user experience.
* Lead a remote team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with the sales team to assist with project quoting, scoping, and feasibility assessments.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, participating in client calls, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating project progress and updates.
* Thoroughly review and check the work of developers to ensure adherence to quality standards and attention to detail.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, WordPress updates, and emerging technologies, continually enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and advanced functionality.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application in WordPress development.
* Proficient in JavaScript, PHP, CSS, and database languages such as SQL, enabling you to develop robust and scalable solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of WordPress frameworks and plugins, including Crocoblocks and My Listings.
* Strong understanding and experience with Elementor and Divi, utilising it to create visually stunning and responsive websites.
* Excellent business English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
* Demonstrate leadership skills, capable of leading and motivating a remote team of developers to deliver exceptional results.
* Proactive and reliable, with a self-driven attitude to take ownership of projects and deliver them within the allocated timeframe.
* Meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies in developer work.
* A strong problem-solving mindset, to analyse complex issues and provide efficient solutions.
