You will be able to work flexibly and be willing to learn new skills. You will have, or be willing to learn, excellent de-escalation and behaviour management skills. You will be prepared to teach pupils on a one-to-one basis as well as in small groups and whole class settings. Sir Peter Hall School is a growing school educating children between the ages of 9 - 16 who have a wide range of social, emotional and mental health needs all of whom have an Education Health and Care Plan.
