We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in the new homes sector. You will be the face of McDermott New Homes Recruitment, guiding prospective buyers through the journey of purchasing their new home — This would suit someone looking for flexibility, you can choose how much cover you do.
Salary
Excellent hourly rates paid- Plus Milage
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage potential buyers at the sales suite and show homes.
* Travelling to sites across the company either covering or supporting resident sale executives.
* Present and demonstrate new homes, highlighting key features and benefits.
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to progress sales efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using the company systems.
* Ensure the sales suite and show homes are always presented to a high standard.
Requirements
* Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the new homes or residential sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
* Confident using outlook and Microsoft Office.
* Flexible to work as required.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
