Telesales Executive

What You’ll Be Doing
Driving outbound sales
- high‑volume calling to generate new business and convert warm leads. Handling inbound enquiries
- turning customer requests into confirmed sales. Building a strong pipeline
- managing smaller opportunities with disciplined follow‑up. Delivering great service
- clear pricing, accurate info, smooth customer journeys. Keeping CRM up to date
- logging calls, tracking leads, recording conversions. Spotting upsell opportunities
- recommending additional services where relevant.
What You’ll Bring Confident phone communication
and a natural ability to build rapport. Sales instinct
with the drive to hit and exceed targets. High‑volume call handling
while staying positive and professional. Strong organisation
and attention to detail. Understanding of basic sales processes
and lead progression. Experience in
telesales, call centre, or customer service
within a target‑driven environment.
