The Role: Specialist Recruiter (Building Services)
This is a 180 candidate focussed position. You will specialise in recruiting engineering and technical professionals for major infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with candidates across the UK
* Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and headhunting
* Write engaging and targeted job adverts
* Negotiate offers between clients and candidates
* Develop knowledge of the Building Services and MEP sector

* Government organisations
* Major UK and international infrastructure projects
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Ambitious, target-driven and resilient mindset
* Sales, customer service or recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
* Ability to work full time in our Fareham office Monday to Friday
* Right to work in the UK
