Your role as Temporary Facilities Administrator is an integral part of the company function focuses on the managing of facilities on site and providing commercial support. You will oversee the invoicing and management of company records ensuring all are kept up to date to a high standard. You are accountable for managing stakeholder relationships and being proactive in identifying day-to-day facilities issues which need resolved. For you to excel in this role, you should have a strong, professional administrative background. You should possess demonstrable strong IT skills with a positive attitude. Front of house or previous facilities experience would be advantageous to this role. This is a temporary role with an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour.
