💰 £25,000 starting base + uncapped commission (OTE £35k Year 1 / £100k+ Year 5)

What you’ll be doing:
* Building your own client portfolio across the UK
* Sourcing new business via prospecting, email and LinkedIn
* Managing your sales pipeline, spotting opportunities, and closing deals
* Becoming a trusted advisor to your customers
* Owning your desk like it’s your own business
What you’ll need:
* Some experience in sales, customer service or retail is a bonus – but not essential
* Hunger to learn, grow and hit targets
* A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Must be able to reliably commute to the Manchester office (Northern Quarter)

* £25,000 starting salary – rising to £27k after probation
