We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client within the home improvement industry, seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Ballycastle. If you have a strong background in sales and a passion for home design particularly in kitchens and bathrooms this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start, working five days per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including alternate Saturdays. The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting salary of £30,000£35,000 per annum, plus commission, dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities: ? Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store. ? Ask the right questions to uncover and understand customer needs ? Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice. ? Produce customer proposals. ? Process orders. ? Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets. ? Exceed sales targets and objectives. ? Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone. ? Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store. ? Develop a good understanding of all the product range and keep up to date with new products. What We Need From You ? Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the bathroom, kitchen, or wider home improvement sector ? Confident using CRM systems and managing client records ?
