£25,500 to £30,600 per annum (OTE) + Hybrid company car + Incentives
Working Hours & Location
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About Us

Your Mission
As a Weetabix Ambassador, you’ll be at the forefront of driving incremental and sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop strong in‑store relationships within Asda, Tesco, Morrison’s and Sainsbury’s
* Implement a defined perfect store model to optimise store and customer performance
* Increase visibility and availability by working closely with stores to maintain stock levels and secure secondary displays
* Maximise brand awareness and introduce new product opportunities using data, sales expertise and the relationships you build at the store level
Requirements
* A full manual UK driving licence for at least 12 months
* Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Confidence in working with data to drive sales insights
* The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
