Human Resources Manager
Our client, a leading forward-thinking and supportive engineering and manufacturing business is looking for a Human Resources Manager who can work on a part-time basis, around 25 hours a week to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Key responsibilities asHuman Resources Manager:
* You will be responsible for the recruiting and on boardingprocesses within the business including interviewing, advertising, and selection.
* Provide support and guidance to all employees about Human Resource responsibilities.
* Develop and keep all HR policies and procedures up to date and communicate and ensure compliance throughout the business in its entirety.
* Prepare and submit HR reporting.
* Develop and implement a performance management system, enhancing employee productivity and engagement.
Experience and skill required asHuman Resources Manager:
* CIPD Level 5 Diploma or MCIPD
* Ideally have completed a degree in a relevant field, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law
* Have demonstrable HR Management experience in a similar position.
* Have strong competency with regard to policies and procedures and best practices.
* Excellent MS Office skills and reporting knowledge
* Experienced working in an environment that commands confidentiality and discretion at all times.

* Up to £45K basic salary doe pro rata
