Addressing performance issues constructively and working in partnership with HR and the Operations Manager when required. Managing customer relationships in line with agreed service levels, contractual obligations, pricing, lead times, and product specifications. Managing complaints in line with company procedure, ensuring root cause analysis and preventative actions are documented and implemented.
