Carmichael are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team in Hounslow for six months.
Day to day duties
Support the HR team with day-to-day administration work.
Answer or escalate employees queries efficiently.
Effectively communicate with all project departments.
Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, with particular focus on onboarding, absences, timesheets, overtime, and leavers.
Assist with updating and maintaining accurate data in the HR system.
Owning the onboarding process, including organising inductions, providing the relevant information to new starters and line managers, monitoring probation periods, etc.
Support the project overtime processes, and liaise with parent companies’ payroll, where applicable.
Owning the leavers process, including ensuring our systems and records are updated and that exit interviews are scheduled and conducted.
