Basic salary of £22,000 plus bonus of £20,000 (guaranteed for 6 months), 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.
As a Sales Executive at Ford, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, customer-focused team dedicated to making car buying simple and accessible. You’ll be involved in:
* Creating great experiences for our customers, from initial contact to helping them discover their perfect vehicle, and finally to driving away in their new car
* Building your knowledge of our products and services, fostering a genuine passion for the brand and representing it with pride
* Driving all new and used car enquiry leads, building rapport with customers, converting appointments into sales, and maximizing all leads
* Offering a complete package, including accessories, extended warranties, and finance options, to enhance the customer’s purchase experience
* Providing fair financial advice and services in compliance with FCA regulations
We’re looking for someone who is:
