The Role
As the Head of Estates, you’ll lead the management of estates services, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Oversee healthcare engineering and infrastructure, including decontamination, and heating and ventilation systems.
Develop and implement effective risk management strategies while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and service delivery standards to ensure excellence across all functions.

Proven experience in estates and facilities management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
Knowledge of H&S legislation, and NHS standards, with a focus on compliance.

Competence in project management and contract management.
