Site Manager – Pembrokeshire (Permanent Opportunity)
£45,000 – £55,000 + Package
An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee a new build housing development in Pembroke.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing residential developer on a permanent basis, taking full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and delivering high-quality timber frame homes safely, on time, and to programme.
The Role:

Manage all on-site activities from inception through to completion
*
Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality and productivity
*
Maintain health & safety standards and site compliance
*
Ensure works are delivered to programme and within budget
*
Liaise with senior management and key stakeholders
Requirements:
*
Proven experience delivering timber frame housing projects (essential)
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and residential build processes
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
