The Opportunity:
The Shore Group – Integrated Services is looking for a Site Manager to lead night shift operations on a Morrisons retail fit-out project in Hamilton, Glasgow. This is a key role managing overnight site activity, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as the main point of contact during night hours.
Requirements:

Proven experience in shop fitting or retail fit-out projects
*
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
*
Ability to work independently and reliably
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all night shift site activities
*
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
*
Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
*
Maintain site documentation and reporting during night hour
