Responsibilities
* Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates.
* Develop existing and new client relations, proactively maximizing business opportunities and market share.
* Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
* Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
* Manage complex negotiations.
* Collaborate within a team to meet individual and team targets.
* Promote the 11 brand positively in the market.
* Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, assisting junior recruiters.
* Support managers with training, cover when required, and drive initiatives and company values.
What are we looking for?
* Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
* Experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency with proven results.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates to clients.
* High motivation to achieve personal and team development goals.
* Aspiring thought leader in the sector with collaborative ideas.
* Ability to give and receive quality feedback and act on it.
* Keen to credit others for contributions and maintain a passion for recruitment.
