Site Manager – Up to £60K plus package
Tradeline is recruiting a PLC Developer / House Building Site Manager to join its 5‑star housebuilder client with an excellent reputation for quality build and employer care.
As a competitive and award‑winning housebuilder, they are seeking individuals who are either a Pride in Job / Seal of Excellence Award Winner or looking to achieve these high standards of professionalism.
Their growth and project pipeline of work has opened up new job opportunities within the Somerset area.
You will be running a 70 unit project consisting of niche family housing made up of 2, 3, 4 bedroom homes, and a 2‑storey apartment bloc.
Certificates
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
* CSCS – Black Management/White Academic
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Understanding of the NHBC or LABC standards
