5. Leading complex employee relations and ensuring legal compliance

7. Overseeing performance, talent and succession planning
8. Managing and developing a small HR team
The Successful Applicant
The Head of People requires;
9. Strong generalist HR experience within a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality or similar)
10. Confidence operating at both strategic and operational levels
11. Solid employee relations expertise and sound knowledge of UK employment law
12. The ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
13. A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on delivery
