About the Role
This is an entry-level delegate sales position designed to help you build core commercial and communication skills.
You'll support attendance growth across our trade exhibitions in the UK, United States, and UAE, speaking with business professionals and helping them understand the value of attending our events.
You'll receive structured training, ongoing support, and clear development milestones.
What You'll Be Doing
* Promoting delegate passes via phone, email, LinkedIn, and partnerships
* Speaking with business professionals about event benefits
* Supporting campaign outreach alongside the marketing team
* Building relationships with industry groups and associations
* Working towards clear and achievable weekly and monthly targets
* Managing CRM records and maintaining organised follow-ups
* Contributing ideas to improve outreach and engagement

What We're Looking For
* Interest in starting a career in sales, marketing, or events
* Confident and professional communicator
* Positive, motivated, and reliable
* Organised and comfortable working in a busy office environment
* Open to feedback and learning
* Educated to A-level standard (degree not required)
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
Salary & Benefits
* £26,000–£28,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
* Uncapped commission structure
* Realistic first-year OTE of £36,000–£38,000
