What You’ll Do:
1. Support compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer requirements
2. Lead internal audits; support customer, regulatory, and accreditation audits
3. Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and non‑conformance management
4. Oversee quality control activities including FAI, in‑process, and final inspection
5. Act as deputy leader for Quality Engineers & Technicians
6. Engage directly with customers on quality issues and FAI submissions
7. Participate in supplier audits and APQP/PPAP activities
8. Contribute to continuous improvement, SPC, PFMEA, and lean initiatives
What You Bring:
9. Engineering/materials degree or equivalent experience
10. Aerospace, defence, or composites manufacturing background
11. Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and auditing practices
12. Experience leading technical teams
13. Skills in structured problem solving, SPC, APQP/PPAP, and PFMEA
14. Strong communication and customer-facing capability
