Sales Executive
Location: Ipswich
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days, weekend work required.
Salary: £20,000 Basic (£40‑50k OTE uncapped)
Responsibilities
* Meet, greet and build rapport with customers arriving at store
* Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to identify and anticipate needs
* Complete face‑to‑face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customer needs
* Upsell relevant products and finance where applicable
* Complete the handover process ensuring a high level of customer service
* Liaise with other key departments to ensure outstanding service and manage expectations
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Proven track record of sales or excellent customer service
* Experience in a sales environment or working to targets is beneficial
* Experience selling financial products beneficial, training provided
* Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly
* Flexibility as weekend work is required
