What you'll be involved in: Managing end-to-end recruitment across office, site and trade roles Supporting workforce planning for live and upcoming projects Acting as the primary HR contact for site teams Handling ER matters, absence, grievances and performance processes Maintaining HR systems (Breathe HR), compliance records and reports Coordinating training, qualifications, renewals and medical declarations Ensuring full HR, GDPR and construction-related compliance Supporting payroll accuracy, pay reviews and HR reporting About you: CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) 3 years within HR experience Strong understanding of employment law, compliance and vetting Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
