Job Description
Work Environment: Full time – 60 % office‑based, hybrid work; 35‑hour week with flexible core hours, Friday afternoons off and hybrid options.
Location: Site – must be office‑based most of the week.
Travel: Required.

Role Overview
As a Supply Chain and Quality Manager you will work within the Lead Supply Chain and Quality Manager team and report to the Head of Landing Gear Systems – Procurement Operations (PO). You will secure a portfolio of Landing Gear System suppliers that supply equipment to multiple Airbus civil aircraft programmes.
Building strong supplier relationships and collaborating with a multi‑functional environment is key to timely and high‑quality aircraft deliveries.
Qualifications & Experience
* Professional level experience in supply chain or quality management within aerospace or related industry.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Evidence of continuous improvement and supplier development ability.
* Aptitude for working in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on‑time and on‑quality deliveries to all customers (Final Assembly Lines and Plants).
* Partner with suppliers to support their development initiatives.
* Ensure supplier compliance and product conformity to applicable requirements.
* Contribute to the supply chain voice in multi‑functional teams (Programme, Engineering, Customer Services, Buyers).
* Represent the PO community’s interests and foster strong relationships across the organisation.
