A successful Head of People should have:
Proven experience in a HR Leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
Ability to influence Senior Leadership
Experience in managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis
