A leading organisation within the logistics and transport sector is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Administrator to join their busy HR team. With a workforce of around 2,000 employees, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a large, fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Based at their North Liverpool site, you’ll be joining a supportive HR function that prides itself on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This is a 6‑month fixed-term contract initially, with genuine potential to be permanent should the role be a great fit.
Your New Role
Within your new role as HR Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee lifecycle experience. Working within a team of four HR Administrators and reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing onboarding processes, including issuing offers, contracts, references, and right-to-work checks
2. Handling HR and payroll queries.
3. Supporting offboarding processes and managing leaver administration.
4. Maintaining accurate employee data using SAP SuccessFactors.
5. Ensuring all HR processes are followed efficiently and consistently.
6. Supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
7. Previous HR administration experience – essential (12 months minimum).
8. The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
9. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask without bing overwhelmed.
10. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
