HR Manager (Maternity Cover) Chelsea | £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
Super opportunity for a proactive and highly organised HR Manager to join this Chelsea based company ASAP on an extended Mat cover until the end of Summer 2026.
Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the HR function for this 70 person business.
Support the continued setup of the newly opened New York office, including refining onboarding processes, integrating communication with the wider team, expanding the staffhandbook, and establishing employee benefits.
Collaborate with the Operations Director and other key members of staff on the upcoming office expansion. As the new office is opened, while retaining our existing locations, youll help support decision-making around who will move, ensure smooth communication, and manage the change process to support a positive employee experience.
Supervise the HR Assistant in managing recruitment and onboarding for UK roles, taking a lead role in senior-level hires. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process for our US office.
Ideal Candidate: Minimum CIPD Level 3
2-3 years experience in a similar HR role
An excellent communicator, with great people and listening skills
Strong work ethic, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods
The ideal start date will be mid July 2025 with the contract running the span of 13-14 months. The core office hours are Monday Friday, 10am-6pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company at a super exciting time.
