Position Summary
We are seeking a European Sales Executive with strong customer service experience to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
* Manage leads generated by inbound marketing
* Proactively generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline
* Identify new customers and grow existing accounts
* Manage pricing discussions and negotiations
* Respond to machinery and equipment inquiries
* Follow up with potential customers to close sales
* Oversee sales transactions, including invoicing and after-sales service
* Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Logistics, and Project Management)
* Occasionally attend industry exhibitions and trade shows across Europe
Requirements
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Experience within the manufacturing industry (preferred)
* Competitive, confident, and results-driven mindset
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, working with global colleagues
* Excellent telephone manner and the ability to engage with professionals at all levels (from Engineers to CEOs)
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or account management
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and connect with key contacts
Compensation & Benefits
* Permanent full-time position
* £32,000–£38,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + performance-related bonus
* 30 days paid holiday allowance, increasing up to 38 days over time
* 5% employer contribution to workplace pension
* Paid sick leave
* Monday to Friday schedule with flexible working hours
* Home-based role (remote), with an office located in Bridgend
