Job Title – Regional HR ManagerLocation – AlnessKey Responsibilities Advise workers of any hazards or potential hazards that you are aware of and reduce or eliminate them Ensure that all personnel under your control are fully trained and understand the tasks they are asked to perform and that they are aware of all risks Thoroughly investigate any incidents or near misses in your work area and ensure that steps are taken to prevent recurrence Hold regular safety meetings with those you supervise and keep records of these meetings Ensure that any sub-contractors working in your area are supervised and monitored for compliance with the Client HSE policy and applicable HSE legislation Set clear objectives and targets in relation to our HSES activities (number of Safety Visits, EAR Cards, etc.…) Activities Responsible for: Comply with Health and Safety at Work Act and world-wide HSE Legislation Comply with Company Management Procedures Conduct regular safety visits and hold supportive discussions with operational staff, reinforcing the importance of a safe working environment and encouraging constructive feedback.
