Office Manager Position in Belfast
An opportunity exists for an experienced Office Manager in our Belfast Office.
Accountabilities
* Office Management
* PA Services to Belfast Director
* Preparation of tenders and related documentation
* Office Health and Safety and Quality Systems
* HR admin and support
* Admin support to Engineers
Experience and Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in Office Management including tender preparation
* A qualification in Business Administration/Quality Systems or equivalent is desirable but not essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general aptitude for IT
* Experience with ISO 9000 or similar systems
* A 'can do', customer-focused approach
