Be part of something big
Within this role, you will be responsible for developing and embedding the Strategic Infrastructure (SI) inputs into the overall Quality Management System (QMS) and driving quality management activities across SI. The post holder will develop a culture of quality throughout the organization and ensure that the QMS is robust, effective, and efficient, with clear reporting lines and metrics regarding quality that are maintained and reported.
About you
We seek experts in their field, especially those with:
* Experience implementing QMS in large-scale organizations
* Quality audit management experience
* Resilience, confidence, and courage to challenge behaviors and issues
* Innovative thinking for engaging the business in quality issues, along with strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
* Ability to lead a team of 1-5 members when required
* ISO qualification

What you'll do
* Develop and implement a QMS integrated with process controls, occupational safety, environmental, and asset management requirements
* Ensure policies, procedures, and practices align with company standards
* Conduct QMS reviews and report findings to leadership
* Manage quality reporting based on assurance levels, focusing on continual improvement
* Report on quality matters to leadership
* Work with assurance and risk teams to manage risks via the QMS and promote continuous improvement
* Support external certification processes, including ISO 9001
* Assist embedded project quality teams to maintain standards and foster a culture of quality
* Use data to identify improvements to the QMS and collaborate with teams for ongoing enhancements
* Develop and deliver training and induction materials on quality
* Set standards for quality competence for key roles in projects and operations
What you'll get
A competitive salary between £62,000 - £72,000, depending on experience.
