We’re recruiting for a Site Manager to join a major retail fit-out project in Bath. This is a long-term contract working on the refurbishment and fit-out of a large retail and supermarket facility.
The successful candidate must have proven experience managing retail or supermarket fit out projects, and be comfortable working a varied schedule to meet the demands of a fast-paced, live environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure timely delivery and high standards
*
Manage subcontractors and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
*
Coordinate with the client and project team to resolve site issues
*
Maintain a clean and compliant site in line with health and safety regulations
*
Report on progress and ensure works meet quality standards
Requirements:
*
Previous experience delivering retail or supermarket fit out projects
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
*
Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekend hours if required
*
Able to start within 1 week
