The Role
This role requires an immediate start.
A key HR leadership position supporting culture, performance, and organizational growth.
• Deliver the people strategy across the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead and coach the HR team.
• Drive L&D, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
• Partner with SMT and act as HR safeguarding lead.
Main Duties
Manage day-to-day HR operations and long-term planning.
• Oversee employee relations and policy development.
• Shape learning and development across the organization.
• Deliver people-focused reporting and workforce planning.
• Champion EDI, wellbeing, and cultural change.
The Successful Candidate
Immediately available.
• Strong generalist HR background with experience advising leaders.
• Confident handling of complex HR issues and change.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) desirable.
