* Basic salary of £25,000... Which is well above average for similar roles in the area
* Average commission in year one is £30k, but this is uncapped and top earners are making £35k+

The Role
* Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself, the industry and their clients – become a market expert
* Create a pipeline of new business through proactively calling and delivering exceptional customer service
* Call warm leads to create deals (yes warm leads!)
* Build rapport with key decision makers to give the ultimate experience
* Update the company database and be 100% compliant
* Be a strong team player
The Ideal Candidate
* Educated to degree level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambitious and driven – the want to hit targets and progress
* Confident - they want outgoing personalities, not robots!
* The want to become a super successful sales professional
Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission (earn £30k+ in your 1st year, top earners = £35k+)
