Key Responsibilities
* Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times.
* Carry out manual labour and site maintenance tasks as directed by the Site Manager.
* Keep the site clean, organised, and safe at all times.
* Operate power washing equipment to clean the wash plant area and surrounding spaces.
* Support the day-to-day operations of the recycled aggregates facility.
* Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues where required.
* Report any safety or operational issues promptly.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
* Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Ability to commute to site (own transport required).
Preferred:
* Previous experience in construction, recycling, or a similar industrial environment.
* Experience in operating telescopic forklifts or tractors.
Working Conditions
* Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
* Standard hours: 07:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturday mornings.
