Scope of works – Kitchens, Bathrooms & SHDF – retrofit

£285 per day CIS
Start: 6th October – Will continue into 2026.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of kitchen & bathroom refurbishment works, along with SHDF projects.
The role:
1. Full responsibility for site management, health & safety, and programme delivery
2. Managing trades and subcontractors on occupied refurbishment projects
3. Liaising with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
4. Gold CSCS card (or above)
5. Proven experience in K&B refurbishments and SHDF schemes
6. SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
7. Full driving licence
8. Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) – desirable
9. Basic DBS (or willing to obtain)
