In this exciting role, you'll lead recruitment for Consulting and Technology Degree Apprenticeship programmes in London and Birmingham-helping ambitious students take their first steps into the industry. You'll partner with schools, universities, and networks to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure diverse, high-quality hires in a fast-moving, competitive market. Role : Apprenticeship Specialist Recruiter Location : London - Hybrid Hours : 40 hours per week Contract Length : 20 weeks Daily Rate : PAYE £171.12 /day Umbrella £227.50 /day What you'll be doing: Build strong partnerships with schools and third-party organisations to attract a diverse pipeline of early talent to meet recruitment KPIs. Plan and deliver dynamic events-including insight days, networking sessions, and presentations-that showcase opportunities and inspire future talent. Support candidates throughout their journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience, reducing offer reneges. Conduct a high volume of candidate interviews during peak assessment periods, ensuring consistency and quality in selection. Manage assigned budget ensuring accurate reporting and tracking. Generate real-time reports and insights to support the Apprenticeships & Internships/Placements Manager in making data-driven decisions. Identify emerging early talent trends and analyse competitor strategies to identify innovative and effective sourcing strategies. Contribute to key projects within the Early Talent Recruitment Team, helping to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Candidate Management : Manage recruitment pipelines for apprenticeship programmes, ensuring continuous candidate engagement and an exceptional experience. Monitor and report on key pipeline metrics-including source channel performance, diversity representation, assessment success rates, and offer acceptance trends-to identify and resolve any recruitment challenges. Assist with onboarding activities and maintain regular communication with apprentice joiners to ensure a smooth integration into the organisation. Requirements: In-depth understanding of the Early Talent recruitment market and current student job search trends. Working knowledge of UK Apprenticeship funding rules and regulations. Familiarity with best practices in selection, interviewing, and assessment, including data privacy, equal opportunities, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines effectively.
