 
        
        Season to Taste in Cambridge is looking for Lead Line Cook.
At Season To Taste we are a small team that cares about cooking good food with integrity and heart. We are currently looking to hire a lead line cook. The position is a great opportunity for a line cook who has at least two to three years restaurant experience. The job consists of four line shifts and one expo shift or as needed. The candidate will master all the stations in the kitchen and then work expo one night a week. It’s an hourly position with five/eight hour shifts to allow for a sustainable approach to kitchen life.

Job Requirements and Duties
 1. Responsible for maintaining standards of excellence
 2. Ability to properly create, and execute recipes
 3. Ability to give instructions as well as maintain all health and safety/sanitation rules in the kitchen.
 4. Work efficiently, neatly, and willing to improve on the job.
 5. Must care about local/seasonal sourcing, and be willing to contribute to the menu items that showcase our New England bounty
 6. Teamwork is very important and you will need to be able to work well with a small team of people, including front of house and management.
 7. Ideal candidates should have experience working in a scratch made, professional kitchen as well as a working knowledge of Spanish.
