Duties and Responsibilities
1. Handling and upselling new hot leads via web, email, and call
2. Developing a "Desk" mentality by managing your own customer pipeline
3. Working towards daily call and email targets, proactively contacting cold, warm, and hot customers to grow your pipeline
4. Ensuring promises to customers are fulfilled
