Responsibilities will include:
* Leading manufacturing Engineering and Product Quality teams to achieve right-first-time, cost and delivery targets.
* Managing Manufacturing and Quality Engineering processes and resolving daily operational issues.
* Responsible for driving new products from cradle to grave.
* Driving continuous improvement through Lean events, PFMEA, FAIRs and robust inspection methodologies.
* Leading capability development, including employee training, apprenticeship programs and the site technical roadmap.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven leadership experience within Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering functions.
* Proven experience working within versatile precision manufacturing environment.
* Proven NPI experience bringing products from concept through to delivery.
* Experience within Aerospace, Machining or Fabrication is advantageous.
