About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to support day-to-day operations on a major 12-month project in Southampton. The works include multi-rise residential refurbishment, fit out, and demolition/remediation, offering an excellent opportunity for a site leader with broad technical experience and strong on-site coordination skills.

Role Responsibilities
As Site Manager, you will:
* Oversee daily site activities across refurbishment, fit out, and demolition phases
* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and sequencing
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks
* Resolve on-site challenges and maintain progress to programme
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and quality inspections
* Report progress to senior management and maintain accurate site documentation
Requirements
* Site management experience on residential refurbishment or multi-rise projects
* Strong knowledge of fit out, enabling works, and demolition/remediation
* Excellent understanding of site safety and compliance standards
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage high-activity environments
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Available for a long-term project in Southampton
* Open to freelance or PAYE engagements
