We’re working with a growing recycling company looking to bring on a driven and ambitious Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, confident speaking to new people, and keen to build a career in sales.
No prior industry experience is required, just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
💥 As a Sales Executive, you will:
* Proactively generate new business through cold calling and outreach
* Attend face to face client meetings to build and develop relationships
* Identify opportunities and convert leads into long term customers
* Manage your own pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
* Represent the business professionally in the field
💥 What we’re looking for:
* Confident communicator who is comfortable with cold calling
* Self motivated and target driven
* Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
* Full UK driving licence
💥 What we offer:
* £35,000 base salary

* Uncapped commission with OTE of £50,000 in year one
