What Youll Lead
* Setting the strategic direction for estates, facilities, compliance and H&S across the Trust.
* Ensuring an efficient, well-managed estate that supports outstanding education every day.
* Driving innovation in sustainability, carbon reduction and energy efficiency.
* Overseeing capital projects, contractor performance and operational improvement programmes.
* Leading Site Facilities Managers to deliver high-quality, consistent and reliable day-to-day services.
What Youll Bring
1. NEBOSH General Certificate and IWFM Level 4 (or equivalent).
2. Strong estates or facilities leadership experience across multiple sites.
