We have a new opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands at our new Top Wighay site in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. As our Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Manager will manage teams, coordinate resources, enforce health and safety regulations, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, partners, and customers. This is a new, greenbelt site which will include approximately 800 units split across three housing parcels for both open market and affordable housing, alongside a separate infrastructure package. The scheme features a mix of traditional and timber frame construction, so experience with both build methods is essential.
