Job Title: HR Advisor Company: 3PL Logistics
Are you currently operating as a HR Advisor but want something that is commercial, fast-paced and entirely varied?
Would you like to work closely with Regional HR BPs to provide a seamless HR function?
We are currently working with a leading 3PL logistics organisation. This particular business unit has over 60 sites and 9000 employees across the UK.
Being based out of one of two sites in North or East London, as the HR Advisor you will have a dotted line of report to the HRBP's and support them on a day-to-day basis with operational HR activities.
Build a strong relationship with the HR Business Partner team, supporting them on operational HR activities including TUPE and new site initiatives.
Management of elements of HR administration - contracts, offer letters and reference requests etc.
Partner with TA team on additional recruitment activities.
Assist with various HR projects.
The successful candidate for the HR Advisor opportunity will have the following skills and experiences:
Ability to turn your hand to everything and anything within the world of Human Resources and Personnel - this role is really varied and completely generalist
Previous experience operating as a HR Advisor with an understanding and exposure to ER case work
Ideally previous experience within the logistics, FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
Understanding or experience supporting on TUPE, Union negotiations and HR business change projects
Ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 or QBE - Human Resources and Personnel
Ability to travel to commute to locations near to Harlow or Romford area
