About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record in volume complex care recruitment to join our growing team in London. This role is integral to ensuring we attract, engage, and retain exceptional carers and nurses to deliver outstanding support to individuals with complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of complex care roles (including nurses, carers, and support staff).
Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing staffing demands.
Work closely with operations and care management teams to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
Ensure all recruitment activity is fully compliant with CQC and legislative requirements.
Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment data and insights to management.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-calibre candidates within the complex care sector.
Requirements
Essential: Demonstrable experience in volume recruitment within the complex care sector .
Strong understanding of compliance requirements in healthcare recruitment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment systems, databases, and sourcing tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
