Job Description
* Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business goals

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of People should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD7)
* Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry
* Happy to be in a national role
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
* Ability to manage and develop a team
