We\\\'re looking for a Senior Reward Manager who brings strong analytical skills along with a genuine interest in creating a positive and motivating employee experience. In this role, you\\\'ll help shape and deliver our total reward and recognition framework—making sure it\\\'s aligned with our strategic priorities and supports our ability to attract, retain, and engage great people.

Here’s a taste of what you will be doing as a Senior Reward Manager at Nottingham Building Society: -
1. Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Develop and implement the Employee Value Proposition from a reward perspective, incorporating market insights and best practice to enhance our overall offering
2. Grading and Benchmarking: Maintain WTW grading system data and integrity of data, supporting with role grading processes and salary benchmarking
3. Reward Process Management: Lead the delivery of core reward processes, including annual pay reviews, bonus cycles, and compliance reporting, ensuring effective planning and execution
4. Compensation Analysis: Provide robust analysis and insight to inform strategic decision-making across all aspects of financial and non-financial compensation
5. Reward Expertise and Communication: Act as a subject matter expert on reward, benefits, and benchmarking—supporting the development of employee communications, training, and engagement initiatives
6. Digital Employee Experience: Responsible for optimising the digital employee experience, ensuring that HR tech solutions enhance engagement and efficiency and support the overall colleague experience considering Total Reward
7. Reward Governance and Frameworks: Oversee reward governance activities and maintain key frameworks such as grading, job evaluation, and benchmarking to ensure equity, consistency, and market competitiveness
About you: -
8. Knowledge of WTW Global Grading would be advantageous
Strong knowledge of reward principles, including pensions, medical and cash plans, bonus and incentive design, job evaluation, and banding
9. Up-to-date understanding of reward best practices, with experience in effectively communicating and engaging employees around reward and benefits
10. Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver clear, insightful analysis; advanced Excel proficiency
11. Experience managing benefit schemes and suppliers, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment; experience in a similar reward role is desirable
